Was pushed multiple times into the discount area when we came in to purchase a couch. We eventually landed on one not in that area but felt super uncomfortable by the fourth time our salesman insisted we see the discount area. We decided to go with the zero percent financing option. Once we signed up the salesman didn’t know how to help us navigate setting up our account. 60 days later still having to call because the Citibank site is trash. The customer support is in the Philippines and is trash garbage. They couldn’t even tell me when my payment is due. The site doesn’t either. Never going with either of these corporations again. The couch is nice though.

View on GoogleI bought a GE portable dishwasher and a mattress from Total Home center and they're awesome. They were delivered sooner than expected. The delivery crew Brent and Jordan were extremely efficient and courteous, even during a rain storm. They took away the old mattress and dishwasher, all within a half and hour. I have ordered from Total Home Center on several occasions and have always had great experiences from everyone. I highly recommend them.
