We just had what my husband called, “The best customer service we have ever had since we have lived here. The best customer service in 19 years.” We have been shopping for couches in and off for a year or so. The other day we purchased a couch and when it was delivered (the delivery crew is top notch) we realized we had measured incorrectly and it didn’t fit the space at all. Way too big. Nate went the extra mile to find us what would work and was able to arrange for delivery the next day. Morgan, the delivery guy is seriously so professional and honestly that place is where we will always go. Thanks to all.

I needed to fully furnish my apartment. I was shown exactly what I was looking for with absolutely no sales pressure. All my questions were answered and I was able to take all the time I needed to make my choice. Prior to delivery, I returned to the store to add some items I had forgotten during my first visit. These items were cheerfully added to my original order. I also feel the prices were fair and I received excellent value for my money. The delivery men were amazing. I live in a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator. They both were cheerful and took great care hauling heavy and bulky items upstairs. They happily placed everything exactly where I requested. They also tested and explained the operations of the recliner sofa and loveseat. My purchase and delivery experience was excellent and I am very happy I went to Trends Furniture for my needs.

My wife and I had a really great experience at Trends Furniture. Jodi and Nate were awesome to work with—both were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the furniture we were looking at. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us think through different options without any pressure. I also want to mention Morgan, who wasn’t one of the salespeople but was part of the staff on the floor. He checked in on us a few times just to make sure we were doing okay and if we needed anything. That kind of attention and professionalism really stood out. They have a lot of furniture on the floor to choose from, and we were also impressed that they can order many more pieces if you’re looking for something specific. Overall just a great experience with very helpful people. Definitely a place we’d recommend if you’re looking for quality furniture and great service.

The customer service that we received was excellent, you can tell the employee are well trained and they truly care about their jobs. Jodi honestly gave us great advice and knew when to give us our space when my wife and I wanted to look at couches when she noticed we liked a couch she helped us and gave us really good attention. Definitely want to continue to work with her for our next purchase.

We had a great experience at Trends Furniture! Nate helped us find a mattress quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and really listened to what we needed. We never felt rushed, and we walked out with exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend Trends Furnitur and definitely ask for Nate!
