Tri-County Furniture

I cannot say enough how wonderful it was dealing with Tri-County. I stopped in to compare prices, but when they volunteered giving me the phone number of someone who could likely repair my old appliance even though I had not bought it from Tri-County, that sold me. No high pressure from them to buy there. Just generosity answering my numerous questions. Well, I just couldn't leave that store without buying what I needed there. I loved that home town personal touch. Wow! As I said in the beginning, I can't say enough good stuff about my shopping experience there.

We are very pleased with the staff and service. Great job!! We have been married for 47+years, and we have always purchased our furniture from Tri-County Furniture in Rainelle WV, now in Covington Va.

We were pleased to enjoy a no pressure, friendly and informative buying experience. The store offers competitive pricing compared to big box stores and stands well above them when it comes to FAST delivery and set up. We will definitely return to Tri-County Furniture for all our future needs. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Theresa, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Her service was also very efficient - I completed my appliance purchase within minutes!

They are very professional. Have been dealing with them for years. Latest purchases is stand up freezer, we have purchased sofas, beds, washer and dryer and kitchen tables and stools. Love dealing with all of the staff.
