Poor poor poor customer service. I paid a $90 delivery charge. When they get here they brought items upstairs and didn't assemble bed. They said I should have asked and they would have told me it was and additional $40 charge to assemble. They did not ask me if I wanted my bed assembled nor did they offer. Really? Are you not the business? How am I supposed to know it is not included in delivery charge and that I need to ask YOU your business how much it is to assemble. Shame on you

These are my third mattresses in TSW mattress. I love the quality. It is really comfortable, firm and soft. Also, they have good prices

12/26/23, I just received my Brand New Mattress & box spring and I'm loving It. it was way over due. It's just what I was looking for except when I asked for the FULL pricing before I made my delivery appointment, that wasn't what I got until the Delivery guy showed up. There was a few complications that where quickly fixed. Overall, This set was within my price range with the complete total.

Highly Recommend. I bought a classic pillow top mattress from them (didn’t try it out just bought it) I didn’t like how firm it was so they offered me an exchanged for a deluxe pillowtop (Very soft and feels Amazing) although it’s not in their policy. Andrea and her delivery driver has really helped and satisfied my needs. Thank you!
