Comp shopped the following 3 mattress shops prior to making a decision to purchase Christians , Mattresses Firm and Under the covers. Sales personnel at all shops were knowledgeable and asked all the right questions, all 3 shops pretty much carried the same major mattress brands, plus their own brand. Under the covers offered the best price up front. The other 2 competitors offered to reduce their price as you Left their store. Under the Covers had stock on hand, offered same day delivery at no charge. Mattress cover, Sheet set and Pillows were Free. Out the door Pricing was 10% lower. They Earned My business. Delivery and set up went Great. Delivery driver and technician were professional in the manner of dress and manners. Took care not damage household items,Mattress was wrapped in plastic.Removed the old mattress took the time to explain remote and its functions. GREAT VALUE GREAT DELIVERY 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐

Steve and Jessica were wonderful to work with in finding the perfect bed for mum. Transitioning from a cal-king to a full is a big change but a necessity when moving into a smaller space. Steve and Jessica made mum feel more confident about her choice. With many different brands in their store to choose from, they explained the qualities and different features. By the time she made her choice, she was very happy and she even purchased some special sheets with cooling and heating capabilities. When I need to replace my own bed, I will return to under the covers mattress!

Jose & Carlos and the entire staff are amazing! The delivery guys are excellent and attentive when delivering inside your house. I am a repeat customer because of the excellent, speedy service they provide. They work with you and deliver as promised. I won’t go anywhere else because of this.
