Under The Covers

From the salesperson and the staff to the delivery team, this Fresno Under The Covers store has the BEST customer service. And to Josh who answered my numerous phone calls, thank you. It really makes a difference when you work with nice people. I will recommend Under The Covers to everyone I know. Got our new mattress today and can't wait to sleep on it.

Jordan is a stand up guy! I can tell from his words and behavior that he is a man of integrity. We took our time to make a big decision on our tempurpedic mattress. Jordan was very knowledgeable and patient. He worked with us to get the best mattress for our specific needs. We never felt pressured. In fact we came back a week later with a few more questions and sealed the deal! I will be recommending Under the Covers to friends and family. They are a family owned company! They work hard to take care of their customers! Thank you Jordan!

Great service! The employees spent extra time explaining the different foundations and the best one for me. I chose the Serta brand. The price was very reasonable and the pick up was easy for my husband. I will choose to buy a mattress here in the future. I will be sure to to let my family and friends know about your great store. Legit don’t even bother with other places. I shopped all over town and even got approved for financing at other places including Living Spaces (yeah I’m calling em out lol). This place had the BEST prices by far AND I got approved for the highest financing. I LOVE to support local and small businesses, but it wasn’t even my intention walking in here. Josh helped me out and I felt like I could trust him right away. As he helped me I also got to meet his father and son. I hate corporate conglomerates and shark-y salesmen and with Josh I felt like I was just getting help from a knowledgeable friend. This was my first ever mattress purchase and I have some disabilities that he helped me address. So I was very stressed with actually finalizing a purchase somewhere. I never felt like I was being sold something. He even showed me some pillow solutions since I struggle with them. We didn’t find a good fit but he wasn’t even worried about me purchasing one. Amazing prices, amazing service, great warranties, beautiful store, and you ACTUALLY feel like family. Not that empty phrase that is said other places. 10/10 recommend. I’m so pleased I’m actually bothering to write a review 😮‍💨

Family owned and operated. We were helped by one of the sons,Josh. He was well educated and very friendly. We had a great and easy experience. We always love to support family owned places, especially when their kind and straight forward.
