Great experience! Ladd was extremely helpful and great to work with! From the initial visit to the store to the delivery, everything has been seamless and wonderful. I highly recommend this company! There was no pressure to buy and up-selling. They know they have a great product and back it up.

Given Urban Mattress’ very prompt and helpful response to my concerns, I am updating my negative review to a 5-star review. Yesterday, I posted a negative review after multiple delivery delays; today, I received a response: Mark from Urban Mattress phoned to apologize and Joel delivered to our home the sheets we’d ordered in January. They went above and beyond to address our concerns. I greatly appreciate their effort and understand now the many positive reviews that they’ve received, so I’ve updated my own review. The mattress and bedding are of excellent quality; our daughter loves them. We would now highly recommend Urban Mattress in Fort Collins.

This is the second mattress I've purchased from Urban Mattress and it is impossible to imagine sleeping on anything else. Mark offered personable, no-pressure expert customer service, and when the product we wanted was out of stock, he upgraded us to a different model at no extra cost. Delivery team was prompt and the Sincerity mattress is SO comfortable!!! 10000% recommend.

Such a wonderful experience at urban mattress. My fiancé and I went in this evening and purchased a new mattress. Joel was fantastic - knew what he was talking about, very personable and not overly salesy. Urban mattress was our first and only stop on our search for a new mattress. Sure, we could’ve spent time shopping around all the other mattress stores and maybe found something we like just as much for a better price, but time is money, and we felt no need to shop around as the service we received was fantastic and the product is great. So relieved we were able to knock this out so quickly and feel confident in our purchase, as mattresses are a big and pricey decision. Highly recommend!

Locally owned mattress shop that not only offers high-quality mattresses but also produces their own. The associate was very helpful, as this was my first time mattress shopping. The store was quite (probably due to the Easter weekend) but that was nice as we had interrupted personalized guidance. Planning to return for a purchase, but weighing our options still.
