Watts Furniture is EXTRAORDINARY! We especially appreciated how Ryan Watts and his family treated us during our recent furniture shopping adventure. Ryan made us feel seen, heard, and understood. Ryan did not follow us around the store. Ryan did not pressure us to buy anything. Ryan answered or researched every question we asked and responded quickly and pleasantly. Ryan sent us his personal ideas and recommendations. We are not decorators and we do not know what we are doing. His patient guidance was helpful and integral to our decision making. Ryan did not sigh or seem put off as we looked at multiple fabric selections. exasperation). Ryan responded to my emails long after normal business hours and when I was not expecting a response. Ryan gave us candles; not because he had to. We had already paid for the furniture and were about to leave. He genuinely wanted to show his appreciation for our business. WE NOTICED. We felt lucky to work with Ryan. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Ryan gave us a fair competitive price, underpricing the big-box retailer on furniture that is of a higher quality. Ryan personally made a big difference in our furniture shopping experience and I sincerely appreciate it. It’s why we chose to buy from him and his family.
View on GoogleThis is a professional, family owed business ! Quality furniture that is not ridiculously over priced and the staff is super knowledgeable & down to earth ! I felt like I was valued and not a piece of bait waiting to get eaten by a big shark ! I like that when I came into the store I wasn’t being jumped at when I first came in to look and didn’t feel attacked with a “gate keeper “ ! I was able to shop around and because of that I will be purchasing here for my guest bedroom and my new living room furniture! Out with the old and in with the new!

View on GoogleGreat customer service and support! On very short notice they helped me by delivering a bed I bought in September that needed to be moved to allow my wife to get a hospital bed in her room at Fellowship Hillside Facility in LaGrange. A true blessing indeed.
