Wichita Furniture

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I was looking first for a lift recliner and I am very pleased with the one that I eventually purchased. Then some furniture for my front room. That also has been a very pleasant experience. Love also that I could get financing in the store!

On 09/16/25 I went into Wichita Furniture looking for a twin bed for my granddaughter, Salesperson Ariyanna was awesome explained what I needed and was not pushy at all. My next purchase will be with Wichita Furniture great customer service and atmosphere. Keep up the great work

Well, I enjoyed working with Wichita furniture company, I can't say the same about their willingness to fix furniture they sell. I bought some high-end living room furniture and with in the year one of the recliners in it broke down, not only were they not willing to help me get the furniture over to get fixed, they said given that it was a month out of warranty, they would not fix it without charging me.. keep in mind the warranty was only one year. it's easy to sell, and it's easy to say you have good service. I am one unhappy customer. I will not use them ever again. I guess there's been a reply to my review, however I will not ever change my mind about this place. I spent over $12,000 and my name is Chris Hodges, and I very seldom ever do a review for anyone regardless of how bad the service was. I say it again, you are the last furniture company in Lawton that I will do business with. I didn't even have this furniture very long and it already started breaking down, now 3 years into it. I wish everyday I would have bought something different. All of the recliners have broken down and are very seldomly used. Not only have the recliners broken but the corners of the couch fall in and hurts your back. The center of this sofa is the only place to sit that is comfortable.

We purchased a Ft. Worth bedroom set, and a nice microfiber sofa and love seat combo. All have USB outlets to charge phones and laptops, lighting works, and they are all very quality and comfortable. Thank y'all for your business, blessings to ya'll and yours!

Amazing service and very knowledgeable of furniture and products. Very patient with us as we decided on what we wanted to get. Great selection and a variety of payment options. We will return for sure in the future
