Terrible experience. Was told it would be a 3 day job. 3 months later after multiple no shows or would call and say on the way and never show up. Mind you i already pulled up all the old flooring. Installer showed up. worked for 2 hours and left a half done living room floor. Said he would be back tomorrow. 2 to 3 weeks layer he came back a 2nd time and worked on the living room and front bedroom which had huge gaps. The flooring had dime sized chips in some pieces and was never actually finished. First installer had no clue what he was doing. Messed up flooring in the two front rooms. After finally doing the 2 front rooms after 3 months of phone calls and texts. Never finished the other 2 rooms. Wasted months of our time. After weeks of calling again finally talked to someone. Sent another guy out who had to fix and repair the first employees mess. Pulled the flooring back up in the 2 front rooms and redid it. Then charged extra for more flooring and charged for the second employee to fix the first employees terrible work. Then overcharged for materials. Was told 30 to 40 for floor leveler then charged 60 a bag for 4 bags but the front room floors they used pieces of cardboard under the flooring. Not a single drop of liquid leveler was used in the front two rooms. Still have humps and uneven floor in the kitchen. Kitchen was the only place leveler was used. Roughly a 5x5 area. TERRIBLE JOB!! Only has leveler in the kitchen and no way was there 4 bags used. Charged an additional $375 for repair work the 2nd employee had to do because the 1st employee didn't know what he was doing. Then found floor leveler that ran down into my basement onto my basement steps and floor. I was charged for professional work and got a hack job. What a mess. All around terrible experience. Never Again!!! This all just happened between February and June of 2025. I wish I would've read the reviews before I dealt with these people.

View on GoogleMy experience with these people is great! I told the sales people that I was getting surgery on December 11 . I needed this chair before I got home from the hospital. I needed to be able to sleep in it and get up. It was delivered on the 9th. The sales people and manager made it happen! The delivery people were nice to my wife and I. They set up the lift chairs and moved the old one to the basement! Great bunch of guys! Thanks for all your help!
View on GoogleWent into Williams today with my father to get him an updated chair for his needs. Shannon was a fantastic help and super nice as we made our decision. They even offered local delivery and haul away the older chair! Lots of options and affordable pricing. Would recommend!
View on GoogleDon’t go here expecting good customer service in the flooring department. Waited 20 minutes in store to even talk to an employee about picking up an order that’s already been paid for.
