I order furniture and asked a simple question about my couch and the old lady in their was really rude disrespectful woman wouldn’t recommend anyone shop here bunch of rip offs they till you one date it’s here it’s not their they changed the dates on me 3 times and still not their been waiting 2 months on it definitely lost a customer here will not come back get some new staff that wannna do their job and treat their customers with respect
View on GoogleTHE worst! I left there 5 yrs ago, upset by how rudely I was treated and swore I'd never step foot in there again. Unfortunately I thought I'd give it a go again only to be treated even more horrible then last time. What a shame. I simply asked if they could price match and after being chewed out by the sales lady she said "we can ask". We went to the office where she asked the manager and her reply was a very brash "No I'm not going to price match online. If she f found it cheaper online she can order it online". The sales lady just walked away and said, "That's what I told her". .......A simple "No, I'm sorry. We don't price match" would have sufficed. I probably would've bought it. I have never written a review in my life but I am blown away. I'll never make this mistake again. Unreal!
