Wolf Mattress

The sales rep was super cool. He wasn't trying to sell ya the most expensive mattress, just trying his best to get you into the best mattress for you and your budget. And plus your buying from the manufacturer. It makes perfect sense to buy directly from the manufacturer and buy it just days after it was made.

My husband and I replaced our mattress with the 14-Inch Memory Foam Hybrid with Plush Pillow Top from Wolf Mattress and we absolutely LOVE IT! It shipped directly to us and was a breeze to set up. Super comfy! Now all our kids want the same mattress in their rooms! Very happy and would highly recommend!

Since last week we have upgraded all of our mattresses to Wolf Mattresses. I can't say enough about them. From customer service to quality and reasonable pricing, I am exceedingly impressed with them. I am showing our bed and our kids' beds in the photos. My kids LOVE their beds and they are sleeping so well since getting them. They all work fabulously with the steel platform frames which eliminates the need for box springs. Definitely worth the investment!

Update/upgrade on my review here. Corporate did reach out to me eventually and they learned from the experience by listening to me about it And they made it right. I also understand why there was an initial delay now and they are updating that part for everyones benefit. I thank them for listening and they are responding to the issues internally so what happened to me doesn't happen again. I will buy from them again in the future and wish them great success! Old review: I had a frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a full-size mattress but received a queen, despite the box being mislabeled. After multiple attempts to contact them via a combination of email and phone, I finally received a call from a sales representative, John, who showed a complete lack of accountability and indicated it was a corporate issue. When I mentioned the utter lack of communication and that I've been in customer service all my life this is what he told me, "I am not in customer service; I'm in sales." Can you believe that response? The cornerstone of sales IS customer service. The lack of communication and poor service led me to cancel my order and purchase a new mattress elsewhere. The new company offered less cost and included set up and haul away. There is more detail to the story but this is the gist of it.
