Wood Family Furniture

What a wonderful experience at a furniture store. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I would recommend this family owned store to anyone. Their showroom has a wide selection with beautiful furniture that is all up to date for style. There are no hidden policies and they are open and up front. This is how a furniture store should run and feel. Skip the big stores and check here first. You won't be disappointed. Susan and Grayson helped us and it was A+ service.

Wood family furniture is amazing! John, Grayson and Charles were so informative, professional and friendly. After 30 years with the same mattress, they made My purchase a breeze. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you so much. Shea Smith, Brewton

We had a great experience! From knowledgeable and friendly salesman that kept us updated on the progress of our special order to the two delivery gentlemen that efficiently put it all together. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality furniture. This family owned furniture store has it all.

DO NOT trust Wood Family Furniture. They promise to deliver, lag by months, do not call or communicate, lie through their TEETH, and when they actually DO deliver, it takes multiple deliveries costing the customer time, money and hassle which could have been avoided simply if they did their JOB. My husband and I made the mistake of spending over $7000 for furniture- after the 7+ week delay, they cut a check specifically for said delays, and then CANCELED THE CHECK. Had tried calling them and they wouldn't return my calls. Bed was supposed to be solid wood and is flimsy. My friends and family WILL NOT be spending money at their unprofessional "used car salesman" facility. Reported to BBB and filed complaints - do yourself a favor and order furniture from ANYWHERE ELSE besides their facility.

Charles was great! And he was caring about what u needed. This was our 2nd time back. We recommend Wood Family Furniture to everyone.
