We needed to replace an upholstered living room chair with something more supportive. I searched the website which was easy to navigate and allowed me to check out the various options available before I got to the store. Once there, Diane helped me and I was able to make my decision pretty quickly. The chair was delivered the very next day, as promised! I am very satisfied with this purchase.
