Friendly, helpful, not overly priced. I bought a chair and side table, they delivered exactly the day and time they said they would. On a previous purchase a several years ago after a year or so that chair had a problem-- they sent somebody out that actually did a repair on it, on site at my house. Never had another problem with that chair

View on GoogleCustomer service was great until the mattress we purchased was delivered and was defective. We contacted the store and were referred to the manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer did replace the mattress and unfortunately it had the same defect- and does not retain its shape after you lay in it. The store will do nothing for us. Not even an exchange option. We wanted to support a small business, but they need to stand behind the products that they sell. I would not recommend.

I looked at several furniture stores that were way over priced before I found Brooms. The staff are very nice and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I will get all my furniture here.
