What a wonderful group of people to work with! From the first inquiries I made up to the resolution of some delivery issues, the staff was incredibly responsive. They are respectful of your time, effort, and wishes. The unit was everything we wanted it to be. Our daughters ADORE their new space. The quality was above what I expected and the instructions and videos provided were immensely helpful during the installation. We had our unit shipped all the way to Southern California. I was realistic and anticipated some damages were likely to happen during cross-country transit. The company was quick to respond and resolved the matter with speed — always looking out for the customer and understanding what an investment this purchase was for us. My family (and everyone who sees the new room) is thoroughly impressed. We would recommend them enthusiastically and without hesitation.

I did a ton of research on Murphy beds and chose WWBeds. This was hands down the best experience purchasing a custom piece of furniture - all remotely! Chris and his team are incredible. They explained the entire process, features, and elements thoroughly. They were a joy to work with even when I changed my mind a couple times on color/choices and, they FaceTimed when I had a question about assembly. I couldn’t be happier with the product and experience. Yes, it’s definitely an investment, but worth it! You get what you pay for. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!!!! A couple pieces of advice: * Have two people onsite when the pallet arrives * Plan to spend half a day putting it together, do not rush, take your time * Understand the delivery process clearly and prepare, I saw other reviews complain but there were zero surprises Thank you WWBeds!

I spent way too much time online trying to find the best murphy bed. I think I succeeded. My decision of WWBeds has been validated from day 1. The process from order entry to design to shipping to installation was smooth and seamless. Detailed installation videos backup the written instructions to make installation straight forward. The fit and finish of the final product was amazing. Highly recommended!

WWBeds Custom Furniture is probably one of the most organized companies I have ever dealt with. Coupled with the quality of their build and the variations of Murphy bed solutions they offer, we were able to get the exact version we needed with all the technology integrated in our unit and not found in other company solutions. From the friendly front office staff to the designers to the unseen builders, we could not expect a better process or final product. Our unit was well-packed and assembly went together without issue at our home. It is also worth the price of solid wood to not have particleboard construction. The maple wood we had ours fabricated from made it a durable option that will not fall apart. We applaud WWBeds for their commitment to service and would highly recommend them if you are considering a Murphy bed solution.

We purchased a custom Alpine Murphy Bed (queen size) with stay level desk and bookcase. It's a beautiful piece, top quality. 100% solid wood. My husband and I both work from home and this allows us to have two offices while maintaining a guest bedroom when we need it. We live in Michigan and the furniture was very well packaged and we received it with no damage. Don't be deterred by the installation, it's not difficult. I highly recommend WWBeds, you will not be disappointed.
