Ty was extra helpful in store and very professional. He got me what I needed for a great price! I was in and out within 20 minutes! Not to mention next day delivery! The delivery drivers were very polite and efficient. I had a fantastic experience with all things Zeps!

They'll do what they can to get you what you want, not to mention help you set up easy payment plans, even if you don't have great credit. It's no wonder this local family business is still there after 60 years - they really care about and appreciate their loyal customers.

View on GoogleI've been getting furniture from Zeps for years. Although their prices are great and they have great quality furniture the customer service is horrible. There is a man that answers the phone to take payments that is blatantly and outright rude and it is the same man I believe that is rude in store to customers as well! He even said on the phone that I am not the first person to say he's rude to customers, so CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEM! Whoever he is(because I don't know his name) SHOULD NOT be allowed to have contact with customers.
