ZMATTRESS

Bob was so great at helping me pick out a COUPLE quality mattresses in my price range, super knowledgeable, and patient. We ended up have to make a couple changes due to child preference and me forgetting what I needed but he didn’t even hesitate to make the change, unbothered by it all. Also his delivery guys did great work as well 👌

Bob was upfront and honest, good price and I will be back!!!

Bob was friendly. We bought a SpringAir mattress. In less than 3 months it was getting dips in it and the top layer looked like it was separating. He told us to turn it over so we did. It's doing the same thing on the other side. I got no help from the company in Springfield, IL. They said we could bring it up (2 hr drive one way) and they would fix it while we waited. How are 2 old people supposed to do that? If they fixed it we would be without a mattress for one week or more if we took it back to the store. Are we supposed to sleep on the floor?? They will not swap it out. Will never buy another one or go back to that store. I hate to be negative but it just has not been a good experience for us.

Drove all the way here for them not be be open, online says they are, good way to waste my fuel and time.

I bought my first mattresss there in 2007, i has a cuter and replaced all 4 of my mattresses there. Bob is a professsional took the time to do the paperwork for my insurance company . Gave me a great deal as well . Total gentleman and professional . High quality mattresses
