1/2 Price Mattress

Super nice and helpful. Doesn't push you to buy and is focused on what feels good instead of what is most expensive.

They are amazing!! This is my second mattress purchase from them and I could not be happier. I bought a mattress about 8 years ago. Wonderful experience. This time, I was trying to try one of the new mattresses everyone was talking about and it was absolutely the worst sleep of my life.I decided after 3 weeks of misery to return the awful mattress and start over. I decided to return to this store and once again, they exceeded all my expectations. Fantastic prices. Lightning fast delivery. Even more incredible service. Accommodating. They listened to my needs about my mattress, we talked about what I liked and disliked. We ending up finding the perfect mattress for me. The price was fantastic too!! I’m so glad I decided to go back. Ralph assisted me, I appreciated how honest and genuine he was. The delivery drivers were expeditious and kind too. If you’re looking for an amazing mattress for a great price. This is your place.

Excellent customer service and would recommend to anyone!! I spent a few days trying to find a suitable mattress and within a few minutes Ralph guided me to the perfect mattress for the perfect price. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and offered great advice to guide our decision.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this store. I was given the wrong mattress, which is fine as mistakes happen but what I don’t appreciate is the lack of customer service, sense of urgency, and how they handled their mistake. I was calling them everyday for a status update instead of it being the other way around. I kept getting the runaround and was told it would be “for sure” delivered one day and it never happened. Finally, over a week later I received the mattress that I paid for. It felt a little like they didn’t care to assist since I’m a woman. The only positive was the amazing delivery guys. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

I highly RECOMMEND 1/2 price mattress. No high-pressure salesman, awesome prices up to 80% off Big Box stores and a great selection. They truly want to help you find a mattress that works for you. If for some reason the mattress doesn't work for you, you can return and exchange it for another mattress.....peace of mind that you find a mattress that is comfortable for you. Ask for Ralph... he's the man!
