My wife Ivette and I went to Mattress Firm today honestly not expecting to walk out ordering a brand new mattress and adjustable frame, but the experience completely changed our minds. Grace was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued the entire time. Memorial Day sales are definitely a big deal, but what truly stood out was the customer service. Steve, the district manager, also went above and beyond with his professionalism, charisma, honesty, and transparency. Between him and Grace, every question we had was answered thoroughly without any pressure. They made the entire process feel seamless, easy, and comfortable. It was honestly one of the easiest “yes” decisions we’ve made together. Both Ivette and I left extremely happy with our experience today. Grace and Steve were absolute rockstars and truly earned our business. Don’t waste your time going to the large branded furniture stores. Between the great Memorial Day deals and the willingness to genuinely work with your needs, interests, and budget, Mattress Firm in Pembroke Pines completely exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be sending all our family and friends to see Grace!

My Experience was very satisfying. My Sales Rep Grace was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I feel I took a long time in choosing, however.... Our Sleep is vital affecting our health and performance. He was friendly, respectful, and explained everything we needed to know in a simple and helpful way. He made us feel comfortable and took his time helping us choose the perfect mattress.
