Had a family emergency and left a PRS in their care for a week salesman said no problem and when I went to retrieve it the had no clue what I was talking about. Very rude unprofessional crooks. My intentions where to pick it up to complete the purchase of a new mattress here, but funny how they act like thethey'never seen me before. It was stormin out and i was on foot i asked if i could leave it there and they said no problem. Salesmanship name was Jeff or Gregg. He gave me a business card with no name on it

Exceptional customer service is hard to find in this day and age, but that's exactly what I received from Fred at 2 Mattress Men in Honesdale. He went above and beyond to see that i got the mattress I needed at a fair price. Delivery men were also great (especially Lucas).

Owner was very helpful and kind. Moved from California to PA, best prices for a mattress and the delivery is free! Most places wanted to charge us $100+ to deliver. I would definitely recommend.

STAY AWAY VERY RUDE. me and my girlfriend went in here to looking for a mattress for a spare bedroom the owner or salesman did not care about us he was very rude. He showed us a few things than said okay and sat down and watched tv he disnt not care if he made a sale or not dont waste your time here.
