Glenn was awesome! Gave us his name when we walked in, then let us do our own thing. I asked him the price on a recliner by the door, he gave it to us promptly! He said to give him a shout if we needed him, so I informed him of what I was looking for exactly. He was very knowledgeable about the differences in recliners, so much to the point that my mind is already made up to the one we are getting. He explained the details of the warranty on the recliner, which is a better warranty than other furniture stores are offering. I plan on returning next week to purchase the recliner we wanted. We left after purchasing a gorgeous new lamp for our living room. Thank you Glenn! See ya next week!

We were looking for new furniture for our place and my Family suggested EFO. They all had great experiences there and got furniture there for great price and products. We ended up getting this great set we absolutely love. Have to say thank you to James for helping us out and giving us great directions. All around pleased.

UPDATE: Couch arrived. It's great and I really like it. The two gentlemen who delivered were wonderful. Did a great job and were very polite. After many years it's nice to have a matching set that's so nice. Glen was fantastic to work with. We had shopped for two days. Happened to stop in EFO Wilkes-Barre and found the perfect set. We were under a time crunch to get at least a power recliner and he went above and beyond to help locate one for pick up the same day!! We ended up purchasing both a power recliner and power reclining sofa. The sofa is a pretty long wait due to manufacturing but I really think it will be worth it. I highly recommend shopping at EFO.

Glen was wonderful to do business with, very knowledgeable, courteous and nice. Purchased a electric reclining loveseat for our camper and it fits perfect and we love it! Will definitely be going back to EFO in the future!
