Selecting a mattress with Katie's help was fun and easy. She listened closely to what we did and didn't want, and was so patient as we tried out all the options. She also managed multiple customers at the same time with care and attention.Very personable and more concerned with our needs than making the sale. We felt great about our experience and getting a mattress that fit our needs and our budget. No regrets!

View on GoogleI highly recommend 321 Mattress Blue Springs. They have a good selection of name brands and very reasonable pricing. We recently bought our Sterns and Foster there from Carlos Fritz. He sold us our other Sterns last fall when this location was Sleep Outfitter Outlet. We were elated to see him as the store manager now of 321. He is very knowledgeable, personable, down to earth, good communicator, and honest man. He listened to our needs and made suggestions without any pressure. Delivery was set for two days later and was on time and professional. Thank you Carlos and 321 Mattress for an excellent experience.
