We will ONLY shop at Crowley Furniture! Great prices, customer service, selection, and delivery! This is a locally owned family business that we will always support. We won't shop at the big box stores as we support local. Kim Sharkey was amazing and helpful at selecting our new furniture. 5 stars for sure!!!

My experience with Crowley Furniture in Blue Springs has always been excellent. The sales people are all very nice & helpful. I recently had Matt for my sales person. I had questions after hours & Matt texted me with answers & left me a VM the next morning. He has been great to work with & helps me to get the best deals financially. He is very knowledgeable about any furniture I inquired about & very professional, accommodating & thorough.. He helped me get my table ordered with partial payment in order to guarantee delivery before my deadline. Matt is genuine & I am pleased to have him for my salesman.

So enjoyed the time with sales person, Ms. Sharkey, both helpful to find what I thought would work in furnishing, and personable with a measure of well-balanced patience & professional behavior. Chest of drawers will work nicely with present furnishings & decor - and yes, "you'll love our people!" Well Said for the Crowley's . . .

I've been conflicted about whether or not to write this review and have decided to because it is not all bad. Several weeks ago I purchased over 7,000 dollars in living room furniture. In cash. I did not make this hard for Crowley as I generally know what I want and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I was working with a saleswoman who advised she'd been with Crowley furniture for 20+ years. She was moderately knowledgeable about furniture brands and what Crowley had. She was very pleasant with my niece and daughter. My biggest concern was my living room furniture and getting that out prior to delivery. I explained several people on Facebook Marketplace had been no shows. She said "oh well our guys can haul off for a small fee, just not the same day of delivery... just call us a few days after and we'll arrange that." I asked if they could help move the old furniture into the garage (literally right next to the living room). "Absolutely" she stated just be sure to tip them. When they arrived I already had the furniture in the garage and tipped each driver 22 dollars. I hope this was acceptable as they were still learning and didn't seem to have any PPE such as back braces or a lift gate. (That I saw) They were also very kind like the saleswoman. A few days went by and I called for the promised retrieval of old furniture. The gentleman who answered the phone clearly had never heard of this. He placed me on hold and when picking the phone back up I clearly heard her say "tell her to call Habitat"...this was one very light weight couch and chair. Regardless of that detail I did not misinterpret what was said. She boldly lied to my face to make this sale. Then upsold me on a year of free delivery. She told me there is a 4 year warranty on tears stains and anything mechanical. I have received no "thank you for your business"..no info on how this warranty works just a card with a cell phone on it. I was taught from the age of 14 to sell by knowing your products, having integrity and when there is a conflict... at least pick up the phone and listen to your customer. So Crowley Furniture I encourage YOU to offer a pick up system where maybe your client pays mileage to have you deliver old furniture to Habitat for Humanity.

We had a great experience at Crowley Furniture. Our salesperson was so helpful, listening to our needs and finding the exact pieces we wanted. Then she worked with us to get the delivery date we needed. The delivery crew were very careful with each piece , checked it all over and made sure the electronics were working properly. It was a very positive experience all around.
