Excellent service, Chris was able to deliver on a sunday night with no trouble. Chris made it really easy for me to pay for a washer and even went to the extent to deliver it to my unit at night. Fully recommend.

From walking in to leaving the store it is great customer service. I chose set of washer and dryer. Octavio made my purchasing process so much easier with all education he provided on my appliances of choice. I would definitely return for other purchases.

I bought a 1600 dollar fridge in March. Since the day it was delivered it didn't turn on. After calling them they told me they didn't have any warranty and that the only warranty would have to go through the manufacturing company. Here a month later, the technician from the manufacturing company finally came out and only to tell me that it was a dead fridge. That now I would have to contact the manufacturing company again to see if I can get a refund. He also stated that would most likely take a couple of months. I understand that the appliances are under manufacture warranty, but for it not work from the moment it was dropped off is insane. It wasn't a 2, or 3 hundred dollar fridge or did it last 2 or 3 months. Never worked and it was 1600 dollars that we saved and worked hard for only to literally gift the money to this store for a broken fridge. The worst thing is for them not to even attempt to make it right since day one. Be careful buying from this store. It is very obvious, they just want your money and then it's not their problem.

To anyone that needs furniture for a great price and service I highly recommend 4 Less Furniture in McAllen TX on 10th Street. Alejandra...being the owner is a very humble and will go above and beyond to put a SMILE on your face. I am also greatful for Octavio for helping me on the phone and reassuring me that 4 Less Furniture would help me when other furniture stores would give up they didn't. Highly recommend this store. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in and were treated with great and efficient customer service. We arrived with the intentions of purchasing only a table but we were happy to also find a quality nightstand that fit our bedroom perfectly. Also, awesome and fast delivery! Very pleased and would return again.
