Very comfortable experience, there was no rush or pushy sales. I got to lay in the beds and actually test them, John Shay worked with my husband and I, was very informative and easy going. I walked out happy with our choice and purchase. Would recommend for everyone.

Jose Ayala was very attentive and helped us to understand our needs. He was very supportive and did not pressure us to buy. Very good customer service. He was also patient with my son and help us to entertain him.

Had a great experience with Jose Ayala at the Mattress Firm - 1304 E Expy 83 location. My wife and I went in knowing we wanted a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, but we weren’t sure how to choose the right one with so many options available. Jose took his time walking us through the different models, clearly explaining the features of each mattress and how they benefit different sleep styles. We never felt pressured to make a purchase — he was patient, knowledgeable, and truly professional. He even shared some interesting facts about the mattress we selected and about the company itself. I went to purchase a mattress for my semi and I had the best professional sales man that I had ever met in my entire life.
