Mr. Chuck is very helpful, accommodating and respectful. Recently moved into Myrtle Beach and need needed to furnish an entire home. Chuck was so genuinely helpful - with no sales pressure added. He made a few suggestions and gave the “new” locals a few tips. This guy is a gem on 501 and I always recommend him to all those I encounter. This was the best experience I have ever had buying furniture - without exceptions. Chuck was friendly, helpful, not pushy, and a joy to talk with. The furniture was good quality for the price, and there were plenty of choices for us. Delivery could not have been any smoother. I'm very glad that we stopped here.

Bought some furniture and was essentially mislead about the quality of the wood. Not real wood like the sales person said. Not only that, but the furniture is cheaply made and the drawers are starting to fall down off the tracks. Bought two pieces of furniture, five drawer with a two drawer sock piece for three hundred something dollars. Nice color though and friendly service. *not sure how to respond in line to you chuck. i called awhile back ago but was unable to get a hold of a representative. i will call when i get back into town next week. i appreciate you reaching out.

We ordered a white dresser and night stand from a book sight unseen. When it was delivered it was a small dresser more for a kids room rather than an adult room. I called the store and spoke with the owner Charles and asked him if I could exchange it for a larger adult size dresser and night stand. He said you certainly can, I want you to be happy with your purchase. We went to his store picked out a new dresser and night stand. Its being delivered on Monday, March 4. It's really nice to work with a small family owned store instead of a big company store. Charles went out of his way to make things right. If you need furniture stop by 501 Furniture.
