I purchased a sofa and mattress with and adjustable base and bed frame from Ashley Furniture. Even though it took longer then expected to arrive from their warehouse. Once it did arrive a delivery time that suited my needs was scheduled and on that day was delivered ahead of the scheduled time by Mike and Andrew. The quickly and professionally had it unloaded from their truck in my apartment and set up with out complications in no time at all. They worked hard and fast to have it just right. Ibwould highly recommend if you purchase from Ashley's to upgrade to white glove delivery service. Thanks guys for all you did for me.

Excellent delivery service for the sofa... however I ordered online some additional dressers and nightstands so I spent a lot of money with this company. One of the parts for the dresser was broken so they are sending me a new one but it's taken an additional 7 to 10 days after the original 7 to 10 days that I waited for the dresser. When I asked if they could put a rush on the delivery so I can have my furniture In a reasonable amount of time. They were rude and dismissive and abruptly ended the chat, pictures below. The person I was dealing with left me no name or identification number so there's no one I can complain to. Cool never again.

The only furniture store I will ever go back to. Their delivery timing was excellent and they didn't damage anything getting up 30 stairs to put a dresser and a bed and a night table in my home. They were quick and efficient and got the job done faster than I could ever imagine. But again the communication about delivery time the fact that they got there exactly when they said they were going to be there was just plain excellent. The furniture came without damage unlike other furniture stores I've dealt with.

We have never had the pleasure to engage with such a caring and knowledgable sales representative. She was patient and always ready with a smile. She felt like family! Cindy Smith is fantastic. Go to her for your home needs. Our purchase was not complete without the great, supportive help of store manager, Chris. This was not our first purchase with this business. Same wonderful experience 12 years ago buying living room furniture. Thank you Cindy and Chris! We're excited to get our new mattress.

Mike and Andrew were outstanding! Punctual, curtious and professional! All while being very careful of our home. What more could you ask? Highly recommendable!
