5th Avenue Furniture

Had the pleasure of working with Steve and Dylan this afternoon. Truly great people who run a tight ship and put customer service first! And talk about a tidy store with tons of inventory! We’ll definitely be back. Steve said he would throw in a mirrored panther sculpture if we furnished our whole house!

I went to 5th Avenue, Southfield, for the first time today and purchased a 6 piece bedroom set. They have a beautiful showroom! The displays are thoughtfully executed and designed. DOM was my Sales associate and he was very caring and charming. From the moment we came through the door we were offered a refreshment, and on a hot day, the cool refreshment was very welcomed! I am disabled in a wheelchair and he did not treat me any differently than anyone else. That is extremely refreshing as many people in the past have treated me as if I had no brain. I was shown great respect and my caregiver was as well. Dom was very knowledgeable and provided great insight.I had some issues with the price and he worked with me and I even met one of the owners, DONOVAN, who helped me even further. He also was extremely kind and made my experience even better. It was worth the hour drive. What I didn’t share with them is that I give reviews for the American disability Association and they will be receiving a very favorable review. The store is set up nicely for wheelchair mobility as well. I now look forward to my future delivery and will be back to photograph and share a review on that experience. 10 STAR in my book! SOUTHFIELD location!

The delivery guys were awesome ,respectful of my home. They were careful bringing the furniture in. I would rather have those guys delivery my next go round. I must give a shout out to Tom and. Christian

Dylan did a great job of taking care of me! The staff was very nice and answered all my questions and even offered refreshments as I was being service! They are very flexible with payments options and great quality items.

I was extremely impressed with the welcoming and friendliness of all of the employees from the time we walked in the Store. Equally impressed with the salesperson not pressuring me. Once he was informed what I was interested in he took me to the area and gave a thorough review of all of their mattresses and beds. No high pressure aggressive selling. The salesperson gave us our space but was on hand whenever I had a question. The staff was amazing and made me feel like family. It was a pleasure to shop there. I purchased a mattress, bed, and night stand. I loved the quality of the furniture that I purchased. I recently moved, I will be shopping for living room furniture in the near future. I won't be shopping anywhere else other than the 5th Avenue Furniture Store on Livernois Street in Detroit! Friendly! Professional! Accommodating! Great prices! Outstanding staff!♥️
