What a pleasure I had shopping here. Right away as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with kindness and helpfulness! I give Thomas 10/10 for hospitality. He was helpful with finding good deals, and very knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely come here again and recommend to my friends and family! Good job

My salesman was the best (Ozzie)! I told him what I wanted and he showed it to me. He got clarity on my request (small sleeper sectional), he didn’t try to show me anything else, and that made me happy!! Here’s where everything goes left… the delivery guys was supposed to have assembled my furniture. One guy was struggling to put the arm on, so he calls his partner back in to assist. They are trying to get the arm on, so they both come downstairs, one shows me a photo and says they’re done and asked for a great survey score. They rush to leave. I try to pull the sleeper out, no success, the right arm falls off, and the back is uneven. I call the delivery guys back, no answer. I text, and they proceed to tell me that everything was fine when they left 😡. Now you’re lying. So we go back and forth, they tell me to call the store and have a great day , not cool at all. I felt like it didn’t matter that they didn’t complete the job. I called the store to complain, so they sent someone out the next day. He finally got the arm on, I see the shipping straps are still attached to the sleeper and I asked him about it, and that’s when I find out that’s what they’re called (shipping straps), so he takes a picture and says he’s going to report it. They also didn’t install the feet, which raises the sleeper, so that it rolls in and out properly. Please, please, please double check behind these guys before they leave and make sure that EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY!! Now I’ve received a bill and I’m still waiting for the work to be completed. I asked about compensation, I’m told there is none, and a manager won’t be available until Monday and because the furniture was delivered and I just have to wait for them to complete the work once the feet come in. Mind you, I can’t use the sleeper because it’s resting on the floor and can’t be pulled out 🤷🏽‍♀️Thank you!! (Photos of the floor model and what I got)

The delivery guys were awesome and they were careful bringing the furniture inside my home. They were also respectful. I hope I get the same delivery guys my next go round. My hat off to Tom and Christian.

Salesperson was wonderful. I felt that the young lady behind the counter could've been more helpful regarding financing. I wanted to put down a couple hundred dollars. She said I could only put down thirty. I asked her why and she didn't seem to know the answer. She just repeated that I could only put down 30 dollars. Then I was told that the first payment was to be deducted out of my account. I said you could've explained that in the beginning. Her response was that I could contact the finance company. Honestly, if I had to deal with her again..I wouldn't purchase anything from your store .I thought the merchandise was wonderful and the salesperson was very helpful.

My salesman Tom was very nice, patient and very professional. The whole staff was very nice. It was a pleasure doing business with the store.
