I bought a very expensive table and it was delivered in a partially broken state. They said someone would come back to repair it. After a couple weeks no one came so I called them. On the phone I was verbally assaulted by Russell for not articulating well enough the issue with the table. He was extremely aggressive for absolutely no reason. I found myself apologizing when it was their table that was broken and needed repairing. Keep in mind this is after I had previously told Russell that I suffered from panic attacks that recently had me hospitalized. I don’t recommend supporting this business.

Julie recommended I wait a short amount of time to place an order until it went on sale. Once the sale came, she and the team did everything they could to get it here by my original requested fulfillment date. Delivery went perfectly. Thanks!

Let me start with saying I normally do not put bad reviews unless it is a bad experience. I bought furniture from there about 3 years ago which was a 6 chair dining table that cost me almost 6k. They are great when they sell you something and want you money. 2 months ago I emailed them about having a scratch on my table and if I had a warranty. No response after 2 days so I called in and spoke to my sales rep Sharon. Sharon said I have no warranty and asked her if they have anything to cover my scratch on my table? Sharon said they have a paint hey can order from China and mail it to me.2 months later I have recieved nothing after calling Sharon and spoke to Russell which he is worthless he does nothing. The follow up and customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE when you need them for anything. I have sent them a lot of business but I will definitely tell everyone that I know to beware of this place. They are great taking your money but HORRIBLE when you need them and their stuff is not cheap. I might just call channel 4 and fox news to share my experience. I am not happy at all. Going on 3 month for some paint to be sent out to me.

I was looking for a very specific model of media console/TV stand (BDI Corridor 8173) and saw that Bright Ideas was a retailer for that manufacturer. I wanted to go with a local retailer rather than order online because it was a relatively pricey item and didn't want to risk the headache of having to ship it back to someone in the event of a defect. I called Bright Ideas and spoke to Sharon. It was a special order item. Sharon got me a quote and lead time right away. It was well worth the wait. The white glove delivery was also very reasonably priced and the deliverymen were great. I couldn't be happier with the product and service!

Love the collection and service! Julie helped us with the Luonto sleeper sofa-answered all our questions with no sales pressure and we got a very good price on the unit. The delivery was flawless. We had purchased a display coffee table in the past. Recommend this store.
