Couches from 150 to 500 range. Other furniture. They deliver. Very friendly.

View on GoogleBut he was really nice and he had really great deals on furniture. I'm going to get a couch and a couple of weeks, and they also deliver. The prices can not be beaten, the furniture is very inexpensive. If you're trying to come and expect something lavish, maybe you should go somewhere else. He has everything from paintings to nightstands. Also, from what Mr Omar had told me, he helps out his community, and he's from Houston. Mr. Omar is doing his best supply assistance from homeless people who are getting a chance in life or just someone like me who is starting out getting furniture pieces for my place.

View on GoogleHoney lie, after lie, after lie!!! These people were very nice while we were shopping and everything went smooth up until the day of delivery. I was expecting them to be at my house at 1pm and the lady called me and said that they was on the way. I waited until 2 hours later to follow up and she said that they was still coming. At about 7pm I called back and the lady said that they will be out tomorrow. The delivery process was very unprofessional which left me frustrated. The manager promised that he would be delivering my furniture personally. The next day 2 guys (not the manager) came by to deliver my furniture and they were very apologetic about the situation. One of the guys goes on to mention that they tore up the original ottoman and it had to be replaced and that's what took so long. I was shocked that the lady had the nerve to lie to me continuously when all she had to do was say that, I would have completely understood. Also,the furniture did not come with the decorative pillows that were supposed to be included or anything. I give this place no stars because they have no understanding of what customer service is. Being nice is just a part of customer service, but it does not make up for horrible service. I want to buy from this place because they have good stuff from time to time but this experience is the reason I look elsewhere.
