Purchased TWO King sized Serta Sleeper mattresses for each of my kids last Christmas at The Dump for $1200 each. They stated both mattresses came with a 13-yr warranty against sagging. Salesman said even in the 12th year, they'll exchange, no questions asked. One year later, sagging with imprint on both sides and hump in the center! One year!! Now Serta won't honor warranty "because the sag isn't deep enough"!! They admit there is a sag but depth of sag never mentioned at The Dump! Even after we went thru complicated measuring procedures required by The Dump. Been a loyal customer since 2007, it ends here. Nebraska Furniture, here I come!

View on GoogleBought a serta king size mattress in 2023 in nov. Also bout 5 yr warranty. We tried to file a claim cause it's sagging where we sleep . Got run around from allstate and place we bought it..got a email tonight saying claim is denied. Bull crap. How would u like to sleep in a hole??
