A K Nahas Appliance Furniture Mattress TV

I was looking for a new mattress and AK Nahas was my first choice. I had a great experience! Mark was really helpful and patient in helping me with finding a good mattress that fits me. The wait time for the mattress to be sent was a long but it was worth it. Josh (a good friend from high school) was awesome and was super flexible in getting me fitted in for the delivery for my bed. The guys were great with getting my bed in. Very respectful of our property and very nice to talk to! It's been close to 3 weeks I've had my mattress and it's been well worth the money! Thank you again to Mark, Josh and the delivery crew. You guys are amazing!

AK Nahas has outstanding service and delivery. They have knowledgeable people who explained the various options and details of what I was looking for. They also have the best prices around! Delivery went smoothly and the delivery crew was prompt and professional. I have bought from AK Nahas in the past and will certainly do so again when the time comes.

Stopped to see what location the appliances were sold at and very near the stores closing time. My wife & I were welcomed in as we explained our refrigerator needed replaced immediately . Dan asked about what features we were looking for and we were directed to the refrigerators selections/brands with these features. We received the refrigerator the next day, we were told it may take 2 days just incase they couldn’t get it the following day. The big box store we visited couldn’t deliver a refrigerator until a week after purchase. The delivery people were very friendly , they removed our old refrigerator (No charge ),removing the manufacturer plastic coverings/tape and installed the new refrigerator with no issues. They also went over the appliance settings, suggestions on cleaning of new shelving before installing. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service received was above what is received at the big box stores. We have purchased furniture from this store in the past and always given great service.

This place is absolutely the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with from start to finish terrible customer service and even worse management/ownership purchased my couch in March it was one of those corduroy ones that everyone loves so much now days. The first lady I came into contact with was Debbie had no issues with her. When i went back to pay the balance off before delivery i inquired about a ottoman now mind you i researched these before going in and asking about it. When she talked to the manager they quoted me a price that was higher than they listed it for on THEIR website so i told Debbie ill pass. I later called Debbie to let her know that he quoted me a price higher than on their website, they apologized and claimed they dont know what the listed prices were on THEIR website. They did end up giving me a deal but only after i called them out! When my couch came in they set me up for delivery and this delivery guy Cliff wanted to argue with me about how to bring it into my apartment that I've been living in for 16 years....he argued that they could bring it in my front door when the first thing in my front door is a set of steps...he shoved this poor kid up my stairs and then they couldn't turn it into the living room because of my banister. So as I originally told cliff to take in my back door which was a straight shot he finally did that and it went in with no problems. Fast forward 2 weeks after receiving my couch the fabric was deteriorating already and it happen to be right where my arms and legs hit. And it also was looking like the cushion was inflating.I bought a warranty with the couch as well. So I called the store and this is where I came across a man named Josh they were supposed to ask the rep what we could do but not before they insinuated I use lotion or something on my skin that would cause this issue. So they reached out to a rep for Ashley furniture because that is who it was made by this rep supposedly told them it was a fluke and they wouldn't do anything for me. So I reached out to Ashley myself and was told they stand by their furniture and I shouldn't be having an issue getting it fixed or replaced. After calling these folks back somehow they agreed to refabric my couch and fix the cushion that looked inflated. They even sent somone out to inspect it.Josh said he ordered my parts but that they couldn't get me scheduled until June ( now looking back why were they so booked up defaulty furniture that many of them?) So fast forward to June I asked they not send cliff to pick up my couch this time which they did do finally sent me a nice couple of delivery guys. No issues with pickup. Returned the couch on a Tuesday after my Friday pickup delivery people no issues again but now I'm looking at the couch and ottoman to make sure they look fixed.....the couch definitely looks better but the ottoman looks untouched. It's now going on Thursday and I haven't heard from anyone and I had the delivery guy write on their paperwork ottoman looks untouched. Still waiting.......do yourself a favor and spend a little more money at a real furniture store! I now have a 5 year warranty that's basically useless because they make you jump threw hoops to get any work done! I will NEVER return. And talking to the owners son Adam got me nowhere either!! They are all about making money and not customer service!

Mr. Dan was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out two ovens that would fill our specific needs while being within the price range we were looking for. Messrs. Rico and Dakota delivered, installed, and explained our new ovens and all of its features with skill and swiftness. Everyone in this process has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are grateful. Will recommend this place to everyone. -First Church of Christ, East Palestine
