The Original Mattress Factory

Wonderful experience here at the factory. Jay is the best store manager with whom I have ever had the pleasure of interacting. He took such good care of us, was super knowledgeable about everything, and he really took the time to get to know us and our needs. We ended up with the perfect mattress for us!

Utterly painless shopping experience! I was quite surprised at how good the experience was. TOMF is employee-owned, and their mattresses are locally manufactured. Prices are very competitive. Because they only sell their own lines in their own stores, you are not overwhelmed by trying to figure out how which mattress of several similar products from different manufacturers is the one that suits your needs. Do you have a tight turn in the hallway leading to your bedroom? No problem! Since they build the mattress, they can build a hinge into it - at no extra charge! The warranty is outstanding - 10 years, non-prorated, unlike many of their competitors. Our sales person, Lisa was attentive, informative, and not pushy. I was in and out in less than an hour.

The gentleman who waited on me was very helpful, but he didn't overwhelm me. I have bought other mattresses at the Original Mattress Factory and have always been pleased. My newest mattress is great. I bought it to replace an old mattress that I thought be causing my morning back pain, and I have found relief from that pain. So the mattress is working!

Excellent mattress purchasing experience. Zach, our sales associate, was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the comparison of OMF product features to those of other manufacturers. Pricing was quite reasonable, given the unquestionably better quality of the OMF product we chose. Delivery times were excellent, and the two gentlemen who delivered and set up our mattress set were quite friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Had the BEST experience! Was able to test many mattresses and was explained the differences between them. Found the perfect mattress and box spring set for us. No sales pressure and that was important to us. Salesperson was very knowledgeable.
