This company is garbage. We wanted to buy a table from a local company, and worked with salesman/manager Scott, who wrote ON THE CONTRACT that our table and chairs would arrive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went, and then every week it was the same story. "Oh it will be next week...oh it will be next week". Cut to almost 9 weeks later, and the table finally arrives. Scott and their useless customer service woman said they would wipe the delivery fee and reimburse us 200 dollars. When the delivery crew showed up, they said that we needed to pay. I refused and said "Take it up with you boss.", but I did tip them, as they seemed to be the only decent people who work for this company. As of this time, I still have not been reimbursed the 200 dollars they promised. Avoid this awful place like the plague. Thankfully the table is fine, but shouldn't have taken this long, and you can find something similar at Living Spaces or Bob's which wouldn't take nearly as long. 0 STARS.

Scott Martin the general manager at the Santa Clarita store helped our wife and I with our purchase. We waited for 2 months which we were made aware of and ok with. Our issues are that we were not made aware that the delivery and haul away fees were separate from our purchase. After a simple phone call our issues were resolved. I really appreciate what Chris has done for us. Thank you and we look forward to doing more business with your company.

I've been meaning to leave a review for years - because Norb and his team always impress. All the furniture I've purchased from A Royal Suite in Santa Clarita has lasted beautifully. My bedroom set is over 15 years old but you'd never guess! It's still in excellent condition and timeless. Love ARS!

I am a bit disappointed on how ridiculous the price had gotten when we got the sofa. It’s a nice sofa but I feel like it felt different with the one in the store. It was initially $700 something when we inquired but when we got there to purchase it racked up to $900+ and they said it’s due to the tariffs. But okay. Not the best sofa for the price though. You could get a $900 sofa thats so much better.
