Ashley Store

Excellent experience. I was treated very well from the beginning. The salesperson gave me the best possible price and was very transparent about everything. At first I wasn’t sure about getting the furniture warranty, but he explained the options clearly and convinced me with a great offer. He also helped me with the design and how to match the furniture, which made a big difference. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Thank you very much.

Tony was absolutely fantastic throughout our mattress buying experience! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He explained all of our options clearly, answered every question we had, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What really stood out was how patient and attentive he was, making sure we were comfortable and confident with our decision. Excellent customer service like his is hard to come by these days. We’re so happy with our purchase and truly appreciate all of Tony’s help. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a great mattress shopping experience!

The sales women who assisted was very polite and knowledgeable. However, we have been buying our furniture from Ashley's for the last 15 years and this is the first time negotiating on price was barely considered. Previously price on furniture, delivery, and accessories can be brought down from sale prices. For the cost you end paying when you walk out I can shop at any furniture store.

Amazing customer service! I could tell right when I entered the store that the staff was welcoming and didn’t want to pressure me into buying. I was in and out quickly- needed to get a replacement couch for my living room and Artur was very helpful and accommodating! I am awaiting my couch delivery but grateful I went and checked out the store! Thank you Ashley for a very pleasant buying experience! First time but definitely not the last!!

I found what I was looking for at Ashley’s after shopping at another store that could not deliver my items in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the whole process at Ashley’s.The delivery was very smooth. They gave me a timeframe. They called to say they were on their way. They assembled the furniture outside they disposed of all of the trash. They were very conscientious on being neat, professional, and completed the task very quickly. The two men who came to the house were very nice.
