Delivery experience was horrible. It was delivered by a personal truck 3 1/2 hours after the delivery window. I had to call twice to ensure delivery and i honestly think a display mattress was thrown in plastic (and sloppily tapped closed) and given to us as new. You get what you pay for and the next time I'll have to pay more for quality and piece of mind. Do yourself a favor and drive to another furniture store. The lady running this store is a joke.
View on GoogleWe bought a recliner love seat for our very elderly mom. On the first day it stopped working after a couple hours. I called Dave at the store and he said he'd be there "on Tuesday" He never showed, never returned my many calls. I have tried to figure out the problem but can't. Nice enough people but not dependable at all. I do not recommend this business.
View on GoogleBought 2 rooms of furniture from these fine folks. NO high pressure, just friendly, helpful attitudes. Not even sure what I wanted, but Blanca understood my tastes and went through their catalogues with me until I found the perfect look at the best price! I didn't even go anywhere else. The dining table came with a ding in one corner. "No problem! We'll contact the manufacturer and have them send a replacement." Headboard also had a defect. "No problem. We can change that out too." Owner Dave and his staff really know how to conduct business and keep the small town mind set of putting the customer first. I WILL be back when I need anything else!

They have a good amount of available pieces on the floor and are able to order others if you're willing to wait. We found a huge sectional that worked perfectly in the house we were moving into. We went home to look at the tile floor to see what color would look best and called them. They were able to deliver that very evening for a very nominal fee. I've never had furniture delivered so quickly and we absolutely love the sofa we purchased.
View on GoogleMy wife went there first and was given exceptional customer service. She called me to come and see what she was interested in buying. The store was getting close to closing. The owner heard her say “I don’t think you will make it before they close”. He told her we can wait for him. When I got there the owner took his time to show me various pieces that we were interested in. We were there well after the store closed. In the end we purchased a beautiful bedroom set. Then it was time for the delivery. It showed up when it was supposed to and looking like it was supposed to. The individual that delivered it was very professional and very experienced. He put all the pieces where I wanted them and had it all put together the in less than thirty minutes. I would high recommend Affordable Fine Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture accompanied with professionalism and top notch customer service.
