Ashley Store

Both my husband and I are extremely happy with our purchase of three electric recliners. Breen was very professional and told us everything we wanted to know about the the love seats. It was very important to us to buy something that was durable because we have a small dog. The extended warranty plan is a wonderful addition to our purchase. The delivery process was excellent, the link they sent me let me know exactly where they were and when they would arrive. Luis and his partner were very professional and made sure everything was working properly and picked up everything before they left. I give Ashley the highest rating for their performance

Heather gave us outstanding customer service and we never felt pressured. We left with a complete new set of family room furniture! We went in looking for a small gift for someone else but left with a big gift for ourselves! In the below photo, the sofa shows the correct color. Our two recliners match the sofa. Heather showed us how the coffee table easily moved on its casters and was perfect for working puzzles, etc…. The lamps are different than what is on the end tables. They actually have a marble design! She took us to a different area of the store to show those to us and we loved them! We needed to downsize so we left out the love seat. This should fit perfectly in our new ranch style home and we are looking forward to delivery in just a couple of days!

Tommy was wonderful to work with. We had been shopping around at several different furniture stores, and he was ultimately the reason we decided to go with Ashley Homestore. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy without being pushy. The sales manager was great as well and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall it was a great experience and we’re really happy with our purchase.

Recently purchased a sectional here. Three weeks later the "white glove" delivery service showed up with NO gloves, NO boot covers, and NO working drill to assemble the legs on the couch. Upon unboxing the sectional there was a huge structural Dent in the back of one section, a rip/tear with wood exposed on another, blue staining on another section. The couch was just left by the delivery guys and i was told someone would reach out. The replacement couch was scheduled several weeks later for delivery between 10:15-1:15 and guess who was calling and knocking on my door at 8:00am in the morning? Thats right, it was the delivery guys. No advance notice that morning. I work nights! and had just gone to bed at 5am. The replacement sectional they were delivering had the back cushions on the "love seat" visibly "deflated" and lacking the correct amount of "stuffing" compared to all of the other sections of the couch, and this was after the V.I.P. service at the Phoenix warehouse where it was being inspected for "quality control" before the second delivery. Yet again, more weeks of waiting & exhausting customer service calls. Ashley Furniture is by far the most unreliable, unprofessional and Cheapest quality furniture you can buy.. period. Don't be fooled if an Ashley "representative" responds to this review saying "we were unaware of this," or "please email us at this link, so we can fix this" That is deceptive at best, they are completely aware of the situation. (i have been in contact with their broken english speaking, hang up on you "customer service" based out of the Philippines for weeks) Ashley is just trying to do "damage control" by adding a comment to my review, because after i post this review i will be unable to respond to their "response." NEVER AGAIN

Great staff assistance and professionalism. I found exactly what I wanted. The store is also well displayed and beautiful. Would have rated 5 stars except for the fact that I have to wait SIXTEEN days for my bed to be delivered! Apparently a big company like Ashley can only drive up to Flagstaff once every 2 weeks.
