Went today to look at new recliners and a OLED TV. Mark was great with his knowledge of the TV’s. Mary helped us with two recliners. We bought the recliners and will back soon for a TV. Great to shop local without the hassle of a big box store. Go by and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!!

Everyone I dealt with when I purchased my recliner treated me like family - including the delivery men. This is your hometown furniture store. Take advantage of it while you can. Wonderful experience and will recommend Alamance Radio and TV for beds and mattresses to any and everyone who asks! December 2023 I found myself in dire need of a new mattress. I had gotten to the point I'd rather sleep on the couch than my old bed one more night. I knew my friend Stephanie and her family owned AR&T so I decided to give them a try. I went in on the Tuesday before Christmas and selected a new memory foam mattress and adjustable frame. If I was going to take the plunge on a long-term purchase, I decided to get what I really wanted. Now, being so close to the holiday, I had not prepared to receive the new bed and mattress order until after the New Year. Not only did it come in before Christmas, it was delivered and setup for me a couple days later (at my conveniece). The sales staff of Stephanie, Mary, and Mark were great listeners, answering all of my questions and suggesting recommended solutions for the most comfortable night sleep! But the experience with Lawrence and Noah coming all the way to rural Randolph Co , setting up the new bed and hauling off the old solidified for me that AR&T goes way above and beyond on customer service expectations in my book. I've been sleeping maybe better than ever before! Side note: In December I had no idea what life would have in store for me... in Feb., I ended up needing major foot surgery that required time off my feet... propped up to reduce swelling or non weight-bearing in a wheelchair to recover. The new adjustable bed I chose made healing and transfer from the bed so incredibly easy. I will never be able to thank these folks enough for the recommendation that made my future life more bearable. If you need furniture, especially beds/mattresses, in my opinion, you'll be hard-pressed to find the same high-quality customer service, reasonable pricing, and wide selection this business provides. I commend this wonderful locally-owned family business in reminding me how great it feels to be a valued customer!!

Highly recommend! The staff is very professional, polite and quick. I’ve had my tv fixed here three times and always a pleasant experience. They also have a lot of really cute home furnishings inside!
