I recently had a great experience at American Freight, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Matt. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Matt took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me and made sure I understood my options. His knowledge of the products really stood out, and he offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was his professionalism and patience. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, and that level of customer service is hard to come by these days. Overall, I highly recommend American Freight, especially if you have the chance to work with Matt. Great service, great attitude, and a genuinely positive experience.

Me & my husband came in to the 103rd location to buy another bed.. Patrick greeted us immediately & walked us through everything..Very detailed, professional & we left with our new bed on the same day!! We've purchased other furniture with them in the past & We've always been satisfied!!!

Patrick was the best salesman on the block! Great service and even though the store was busy he still made me feel like I wasn’t being left alone! Left with everything I needed same day! I will be returning!
