Jada was amazing. She was very welcoming and answered all our questions. We were able to get our sofas and table that same day. We had an issue with the light on the sofa and she fixed it right away.. No questions asked. I would recommend them 100 percent. Ask for Jada. She was one of the best sales representatives I have ever encountered.
View on GoogleI had an amazing experience at American Freight. Jada was absolutely incredible — patient, knowledgeable, and so kind throughout the entire process. The guy “J” (I can’t remember his full name) was just as helpful. Together they made selecting my new sofa set easy and stress‑free. Their customer service was truly top tier. Thank you both for going above and beyond — great service is rare these days, and you all delivered it effortlessly. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleThank you to the American Freight Staff, especially Jermaine & Jada! They were so informative and knowledgeable regarding the furniture on their floor & any questions/ concerns that we had. My husband & I now have a new couch and ottoman for a price that worked for us! Very flexible, professional, & overall personable. Go check out their new sale that literally hit today! (Also their women’s bathroom was spotless, and if you’re like me… that tells me all that I need to know..) Thank you again Jermaine & Jada for making this process STRESS FREE!
