American Freight Furniture & Mattress

The sales person Andrea was super helpful and easy to work with. Jayden was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. They are very professional and dreak was helpful and I didn’t get delivery. All around great service!!!

No Stars. Friendly warning. do not shop for furniture at this store. Associate Andrea was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately she is under the leadership of Greg Nicks who has demonstrated that he does not have the ability to properly run a business. I purchased two bar stools and after being advised that they were in inventory according to the inventory entered by manager Greg Nicks. My credit card was taken and purchase was instantly transacted. Andrea, after searching for the stools advised me that they did not actually have the stools. I asked for a refund and was told that only corporate could refund the money the following Monday (two days) then 7 to 10 days after that. Corporate would not answer the phone and I was given a fraudulent Email for Greg's Supervisor M. Merer. The store is half empty and the furniture is considered " discount furniture' for a reason. The furniture is not discount enough for the quality of the service from Greg Nicks. This was my first experience with American Freight and for sure was the last. Spiller 1.5 miles west is a much better choice in all categories.

We absolutely loved Andrea. She was helpful and friendly. I would recommend getting furniture from this place, affordable and reasonable prices with clean and happy environment.

I had a really, really great experience here and the Manager Andrea is exceptional!!!! She was very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed.

Andrea was very knowledgeable in helping us decide on which mattresses to get. She was very helpful and the process was seamless. Thanks for all your help.
