Great shopping experience here, we went on a day that we were just going to browse. Found the media console and fell in love. Staff (Red) was particularly helpful and friendly. No pushing or up selling. Another staffer made my payment options clear and expedited the ordering/delivery simple. I would go back.

The gentleman who came to our house to bring the couch were very respectful. They were kind they were cautious with everything they did and I’m very happy with my purchase. There was also a problem with one of the pieces and they were really good about it. They came back the next day and they fixed it immediately. I probably had them move the couch like 30 times and they did it without question they were awesome. I’m very happy with the delivery guys. Everything went very smoothly.

Went in looking for a heavy duty family table. Michael was awesome he helped me when needed and he didn’t follow me around until I was ready for him to help. I appreciate that. Michael made sure I was happy and satisfied before me and my husband left there. Thank you again for your help with our family table that I wanted and was looking for.

I would like to thank Michael for helping out me and my mother Annette in picking out a sofa and couch set for me and a chase couch for my mom. Michael he was excellent he had excellent customer service. He showed my mom how to work her sofe sleeper because it turns into a sleeper American furniture has great furniture and I would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you Michael. Keep up the great service.

Went to the store in an emergency. I needed a rocking recliner. On Sunday we had a baby shower for our daughter. That Tuesday she had the baby 4 weeks premature. It was Thursday and they were getting discharged. The emergency, no baby stuff was ready at her place. We had a crib ready in a spare room. My wife sent me searching for that rocking recliner. I found what I wanted at American Furniture Gallery. Problem. The warehouse was closed. I needed to come back the next day. Not possible to wait. I told Michael my problem. He went to his boss. I was offered a nicer display model on the floor. They made the price really comfortable and loaded it in my pickup. I beat my granddaughter home by only a few minutes. I've fed and rocked her many times in the chair. As soon as the insanity at home subsides a bit, we're headed back to purchase living room furniture. Furniture is furniture. Quality of service makes the difference. I had a problem and their customer service fixed it.
