The Restful Roost is fabulous! Heather and her team made the while process superb. We started with Heather taking the time to find out what my mom needed as well as what we were looking for. Then it was a whole lot of trying out a number of styles that Heather thoughtfully educated us on. Bought a mattress, a new pillow and all the fixings on the spot and I'll be coming back when I need to replace my king. Mom's been sleeping on her new mattress for a week & it's the best sleep she's had in years! Kind, knowledgeable, and friendly team. You can't go wrong with the Heather and her shop!

Heather was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer our follow-up questions later via email with detailed responses and multiple options so satisfy our needs. We never felt rushed or pressured and have already recommended her store to our friends and family. What originally drew us to the Restful Roost was the selection of mattress brands they carry which are not the same ones you find at the big chain stores. I’m a bit of an online research nerd and have learned that the big-name mattress brands are not the best mattresses and are often overpriced for what you get. There are several well-regarded mattress companies that have been around for decades who simply don’t spend all that money on advertising and instead focus on making better, longer-lasting mattresses with better pricing. There were two mattresses I was specifically looking to try out that I found listed as “in stock” on the Restful Roost’s website but when I got there, I found a few other hard-to-find models that were also on my list. I knew right then that Heather knew her mattresses and that I could trust her recommendations. Before buying your next mattress, you owe it to yourself to stop by the Restful Roost.
View on GoogleI originally came here from the Bay Area because the Restful Roost was the only mattress store that sold bedgear mattresses within 100 miles of me, and I wanted to try one out. I'm so glad I did! Heather was absolutely amazing to work with. She gave me a great deal on a fully loaded foundation and worked with me to find the exact mattress I liked. She is extremely knowledgeable and introduced me to brands I didn't know about (Diamond especially was impressive) and I began to consider them as well as they had a gel grid mattress like purple that I liked way more than purple's. It was nice trying out different mattress brands than are in most stores as I ended up liking them way better than the typical Sealy or serta hybrids that never felt quite right to me (plus my last serta hybrid died within 5 years). In the end I went with the bedgear M3 firm because it was the best mattress for me, and she gave me a great deal on pillows, mattress protector, and sheets for buying with her! It was also just nice giving my money to an independent, locally owned store that deserves it versus the soulless mattress chains that are more obnoxious to deal with than used car places. Heather is also just one of the most amazing business owners I've ever met too! Highly recommend checking the Restful Roost out!

Heather, the owner, was absolutely wonderful—so helpful, patient, and truly knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all; she really listened to exactly what we needed and guided us to the right choice. The whole experience felt comfortable, almost like being at home. If you’re thinking about investing in a new bed, I highly recommend coming here and working with Heather. You’ll be in expert hands and will end up with something that fits you perfectly.
View on GoogleWe actually bought our mattress a year ago and had it delivered about a year ago as well from the restful roost so I'm very tardy on this review. After the whole buying experience and a year of the mattress, we couldn't be happier with our cal king englander mattress. It took my wife several times and visits with Heather at the store to select the right mattress with her input and we got it right on the first try when it was delivered. Heather was really helpful and really showed us the differences in the mattresses and options available to match the sleep patterns of both of us. It was awesome to buy local and to help a great business out. I highly recommend Heather and the Restful Roost. You will be happy with your purchase!
