I had a great experience at America Mattress Family. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. He recommended I try a variety of mattress and had positive things to say about even the less expensive ones. I am happy with my choice and can't wait to get my new mattress home. This store is great. Loved the owner , he was very nice and helpful. The price for our new bed. Was amazing. And the store manager was very kind and got me checked out with a quickness and he has managed to get my bed delivered a day early. You are amazing Thank you to both of you . And God bless you both. I suggest if your looking for great deals and not a bunch of b.s. like what you here at other mattress stores. Than this is your place.

Sam was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure for a sale and he was clearly focused on making sure we found a mattress that was right for us. I tried multiple mattresses multiple times just to make sure we got the right one. Also, the store is kid friendly! Very happy we stopped in and happy to work with a local business.

This past weekend, my daughter and I visited American Mattress on Sycamore Street in Simi Valley where we were welcomed like family. The selection of mattresses was more than sufficient for my needs, but the customer service was exceptional. I only intended to browse and continue looking at other places, but after speaking with Travis Escalante the owner, and trying out a few mattresses, I ended up purchasing one on the spot. I was given a very fair deal and reassurance of follow through with delivery and any questions or concerns I might have. The whole experience was so pleasant that my daughter and I kept talking about it afterward and I shared it with many friends. I left a happy customer with a big smile on my face.

Samuel is a great salesman! He helped us to feel confident in our purchase and gave us the little extra push we needed to upgrade our mattress without being pushy. I can't say enough good things about our experience in the store.
