Bedder Mattress

Went in looking to lay on some mattresses and bought a Beautyrest Black for my son. Jennifer was helpful through the process! EDIT: The sales portion of this experience was great. They ask you to leave a review and you get some free stuff. The delivery process was a mess. We agreed to have the mattress delivered between Christmas and New Years and they call me 12/18 saying they’re on their way. No one was home. I let them know that wasn’t what I had agreed upon and the guy on the phone apologizes and says his uncle died and he was ‘out of it’ That’s unfortunate but that also had nothing to do with the mattress delivery or the phone call. We agreed with delivery on 12/30. I don’t get a call the day before with a time or confirmation - they called at 11am (I missed it) and rang my Ring doorbell at 11:13am. There’s no preparation they just show up, remove the old mattress and throw the mattress in the room; we have a bed frame on backorder, so we’re waiting for that. Would not order again from this company based on the delivery process and professionalism alone.

The people who work here are so sweet and so helpful! I’m a side sleeper and get hot at night and they helped me find the perfect mattress for me. So many mattresses and pillows to choose from I even found the perfect pillow for me. If you’re looking for a new mattress, this is the best place in Ventura County to buy mattresses!

Almost 10 years ago we purchased a mattress from Bedder Mattress and we returned on Black Friday as it’s time to replace our mattress. When we entered we were greeted by Jennifer, who was very friendly and helpful. She explained the different mattress options, and styles; and then allowed us to browse without being pushy! She was available and attentive as questions came up and was able to help us distinguish the style of mattress we liked (medium firmness hybrid options) Due to it being Black Friday we did leave and check out a new store in Simi. The other store had a very salesy pushy guy giving us analogies of mattress pricing versus hotel costs. Spoke a million miles a minute and ended up ignoring us when another prospect came in. We of course left and knew Bedder Mattress and ultimately Jennifer earned our business hands down! Pricing, customer service both were top notch with Jennifer at Bedder Mattress and we are happy to be giving them our returning business.

Amazing customer service at the Simi Valley location! Jennifer was absolutely incredible, she guided us through every step and helped us find the perfect solution for a split mattress. We had been looking everywhere and no one else could truly help us the way she did. Not only was she knowledgeable and patient, but she also got us an amazing deal. This was the one place and Jennifer was the one person who made it happen for us. Highly recommend asking for her!
