Don't be fooled by the building's exterior; there are great deals and treasures inside! Wide selection of furniture and decorative accessories. Linda was very personable and knowledgeable. Great prices compared to stores in bigger cities. Delivery to Jefferson and assembly was only $40!

Absolutely amazing experience, great priced furniture that is high quality and no pushy salespeople. The man who helped us was wonderful and the delivery is affordable. Excited for our new couch that would’ve been twice the price elsewhere!

I am not usually one to be upset at businesses and we genuinely tried to right our concerns before posting this but this business failed in every aspect of our experience. The experience started off great, they were nice, and seemed helpful. We were extremely up front when we started shopping that we had kids and dogs and would need 'hearty' furniture. We did not have a budget, we were willing to pay for good quality furniture and upgrades to accommodate our crazy household. The ordering process went smooth, we got the upgrades we desired and was told that the sectional and couch we bought were 'lifeproof' and we wouldn't be disappointed. A little over 1 year later, we noticed that 3 of the corners on these pieces had fabric that is fraying up the side. During this time frame, we followed guidelines for cleaning, we supervised our children and dogs with the couches and can assure that no direct damage to these areas occurred during this timeframe. This is where the whole process unraveled. We contacted them about our concerns, they told us that it was under warranty and they would come pick it up, have it fixed and have it back to us in 2 weeks. Six weeks after taking our furniture, we still had not heard a single update from them- we assumed they were being fixed but did not get any feedback as to where they were in the process. After having to contact them several times asking where our pieces were, we finally found out that they were at the company but had been sitting, unfixed, this entire time. They determined that all of this damage was due to 'pet damage' and our pieces were 'filthy' and 'torn' and 'not taken care of properly'. They denied fixing it and was going to send it back. I'm not denying that these pieces were loved by our family but our frustration was in the lack of communication and the fact that we were upfront about our needs in the first place and promised that we wouldn't run into this problem. These pieces are absolutely not lifeproof. They show every little bit of dirt and water, spills do not 'just wipe off' as we were told, the fabric is pilling and fading already. We were then told that they were going to reach out to their company reps and the company owner and 'see what they can do for us'. Another month went by and they just showed up with our unfixed pieces and dropped them off at our house, no explanation, nothing, no offer to fix anything, not even an offer for us to pay to have them re-covered. This was October of last year and, 7 months later, we still have no resolution. We never heard back from the owner, never heard back from the companies we were supposed to hear from. I now have 2 pieces of furniture that are 2 years old and fraying so bad that I have to keep covers over the corners to avoid looking at the fraying fabric and keep the cushions clean. This company may seem good up front but if you have any problems or concerns, they are not helpful. We are just so sad as we tried so hard to 'stay local' and help them out and we regret every part of it. Best just to take your business elsewhere.
