Verlo Mattress

Kim was amazing at answering our questions and explaining everything to us about the mattresses that we were looking at. He allowed us the patience and time to figure out what type of mattress best suited us as a couple. Equally the delivery guys were amazing, efficient, and kind about the delivery of the new bed components. We found that the bed was a little to high for us to get into comfortably and everyone was great about getting that fixed within a day or two. We like to shop locally if we can and we would absolutely recommend Verlo to any of our friends or family.

Your store is amazing! They helped my mother pick out the perfect bed for her hospital bed frame. It was ordered on Wednesday, made to order so it would work with the hospital bed frame, and delivered the following Monday. The two young men who delivered it were very helpful in moving the old mattress and placing the new mattress. Their smiles were infectious!! Thank you once again for a wonderful purchase experience.

All of our questions were answered and we never felt pressured to choose one mattress over another. Kim asked us great questions and explained the differences between the products. We left feeling confident that we chose the perfect mattress for our needs. The delivery guys were awesome too!

Do not purchase from this company. They have no return policy, and the mattress is one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on — the floor is honestly more comfortable. Please don’t waste your money.

Very helpful, not just trying to sell you their products, but listens to your needs and makes suggestions. Weren't trying to sell their higher priced product, like a lot of big furniture stores do. We've been purchasing our beds/frames there for many years.
