I had an excellent experience with America’s Furniture Warehouse from start to finish. The moment I chose my Riverside Alexis bedroom set, the customer service was attentive and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. The delivery team truly deserves recognition, they arrived on time, handled every piece with great care, and took the time to assemble and position everything perfectly. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the entire process smooth and pleasant. The Riverside Alexis set itself is absolutely beautiful elegant design, sturdy construction. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service, and I highly recommend America’s Furniture Warehouse for anyone looking for quality furniture and reliable delivery service.

Great experience shopping today with Dee. She was so helpful and friendly and made the shopping fun. I am so happy with all of my purchases. I love the store because of the quality of the furniture and the big selection that’s available. My furniture was delivered in two days by the best professional moving men. You won’t be sorry shopping here! This is the second time I’ve been to the store and purchased, and it will not be my last.

Great commercials! Service was a mixed can of nuts. I called the store asking for specific dimensions about fitting a sleeper sofa and the gentleman was great to make me want to visit. I'm sitting in their parking lot now and was greeted by Tammie. I felt like I was just "her next up" compared to being a customer. When I asked about certain dimensions I was met with "I don't knows or we can't guarantee." I found myself trying to lean over sleepers that were back to back measuring dimensions. When explaining it's the height I'm worried about fitting through the door she was very helpful to measure the length of the couch not the back on the height I mentioned. In a last attempt I tried calling just now to hopefully speak with someone else and got transferred to Tammie! Guess it's not meant to work out this time.

Love our new furniture. Bought all brand new furniture from this place. We dealt with Jennifer what a delight to deal with she was so very helpful Large show room. I bought 3 bedroom sets a living room set, dining room, various tables and tv stand and book shelves. Would definitely go back if I needed anything else.
